Getting Started with Litesport: Onboarding & Workout Tutorials

We’re making improvements to the Litesport onboarding experience with step-by-step tutorials for all three of our workout modalities, plus questions for new users to help deliver personalized workout suggestions. Here’s everything you need to know about these new changes now live in Litesport:

Upgraded Onboarding

New to Litesport? Our onboarding experience will walk you through everything you need to know from start to finish—from setting up your account to finding workouts to how to throw a punch in time to the beat. As part of your onboarding, we’ll also ask a few questions to get to know you, your goals, and your music preferences. These optional questions help us recommend the best content for you. After you finish, we’ll offer specific workout recommendations that we think you’ll love based on the answers you provide.

Step-by-Step Workout Tutorials

After creating your Meta account, answering our onboarding questions, and selecting your membership plan, you’ll have the option to join an interactive tutorial of our Boxing, Strength, or Total Body workouts. Led by one of our trainers, these step-by-step tutorials will familiarize you with all the Litesport basics and give you the chance to test them out in two mini-workouts. Even if you already have some workout experience, these tutorials offer a great orientation to Litesport and our specific terminology and techniques. They also help you get comfortable and confident working out in the metaverse—so you’re set up for both safety and success.

Here’s what you can expect from each one:

  • Boxing: Trainer JD will walk you through the boxing basics, orienting you to our Liteshield and six signature punches. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice a Mitt Drill and Punch Track workout.

  • Total Body: Trainer Lissa will break down all our core total body movements, including battle rope swings, speed bags, duck ropes, and more. You’ll also have the opportunity to put these moves into practice.

  • Strength: Trainer Anthony will guide you through a short introduction to upper and lower body movements, including proper positioning and form. Then, you’ll pick up the dumbbells and give these exercises a try, mirroring Anthony as he leads you through each one.

With these new onboarding updates, getting started with Litesport is easier than ever. Sign up today for a 7-day free trial, and we’ll walk you through the rest—step by step!
