Programs on Litesport are curated collections of classes created by our expert trainers. Our trainers built each Program intentionally to guide you step-by-step toward achieving your fitness goals. There are a variety of Programs available — and at all levels, from beginner to advanced — so you can choose the one that best fits your interests, preferred trainers, schedule, and experience. Getting Started with Litesport

New to Litesport? This Program is a great place to start. It features a series of 101 classes that introduce you to our different workout modes: Boxing, Total Body, and Strength. It’s also a short introductory program that fits perfectly into our 7-day free trial

  • Program Goal: Get oriented to Litesport and experiment with all three of our workout modes: Boxing, Total Body, and Strength 

  • Program Length: 1 Week Program – 4 classes 

  • Equipment: Dumbbells 

Booty Bootcamp

Looking to give your booty a boost? Look no further than Booty Bootcamp with trainer Jill Barger. This Program features a combination of both Strength and Boxing classes. We promise you’ll be feeling the burn!

  • Program Goal: Build strength in your glutes

  • Program Length: 3 Week Program - 9 classes

  • Equipment: Dumbbells, Mat (optional)

Upper Body Gains

Want to make some gains in your upper body? This program will have you working all the major muscle groups, including your shoulders, biceps, triceps, and back. By the end of 4 weeks, you’ll be proudly flexing in front of your mirror.

  • Program Goal: Build upper body strength

  • Program Length: 4 Week program - 12 classes

  • Equipment: Dumbbells, Mat (optional)

Discover Boxing

If you’re new to boxing, this Program is excellent for learning the ropes. Over these six weeks, you’ll improve your form and build confidence in your boxing. 

  • Program Goal: Master the boxing basics

  • Program Length: 6 Week program - 18 classes

  • Equipment: None

Discover Strength

If you’re curious about weight training but you’ve never done it before, this three-week program will give you the experience and confidence you need to reach your strength goals. Throughout the Program, we’ll talk you through exercises for all the major muscle groups. Perhaps you’ll even discover a love and enjoyment for strength training in the process!

  • Program Goal: Build enough knowledge to step into the weight room with confidence 

  • Program Length: 3 Week program - 9 classes

Pro Strength with Christina Marks

Are you looking to take your strength training to the next level? Look no further than this Program led by professional fighter Christina Marks. In this three-week Program, Christina teams up with other Litesport trainers to build unique workouts that will get you ring-ready.

  • Program Goal: Advanced strength training for those who want to get serious about their weightlifting

  • Program Length: 3 Week program - 9 classes

  • Equipment: Dumbbells, Mat (optional)

Move & Groove

Move and groove with us in this 4-week stamina and endurance-focused Program. By the time you finish, you’ll be able to go just a bit farther and faster than you could at the start.

  • Program Goal: Build endurance so you feel less winded when you workout

  • Program Length: 4 Week program - 12 classes

  • Equipment: Mat (optional)

6 Weeks to Fit

This six-week program is great for anyone looking to break out of a slump, gain consistency, or commit to working out regularly. It offers a huge variety of classes, so you’ll get a taste of everything Litesport has to offer.

  • Program Goal: Progress your fitness and build consistency in your routine

  • Program Length: 6 Week program - 18 classes
