That’s why we offer Boxing, Total Body, and Strength classes at Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. And Easy, Medium, Hard, and Extreme for our Punch Tracks! This means you can jump into a workout that matches your fitness level, whether you're just starting out or looking to ramp things up. What makes a workout more challenging? Factors like the sequence of boxing combos or reps, the speed of the runway lights, the difficulty of the exercise, or the PPM (punches per minute) distinguish the different levels.
