Trainer Classes
Litesport's Trainer Classes offer an immersive, high-energy workout experience led by expert trainers who guide you through rounds of boxing combined with strength and cardio exercises like lunges, squats, and skater hops. Sparring Sessions
Litesport’s Sparring Sessions combine the best elements of Punch Tracks and Trainer Classes to help you master boxing technique while keeping up with the rhythm of the music. In these sessions, your trainer acts as both coach and DJ, guiding you through punch combinations before you spar on your own to a song. The workout challenges you to find your rhythm, follow your trainer's cues, and stay focused as you practice timing and precision with the Liteshield's targets, simulating a real sparring partner.
Each Sparring Session offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between 2 to 10 songs, with difficulty levels ranging from beginner to advanced. With a variety of music genres and punch combos, you can pick a session that suits your mood and fitness level, all while sharpening your skills and building your strength.
Freestyle
As the name suggests, Freestyle is all about feeling free and punching as you please. It’s a great chance to practice your form and flow as you punch it out to your own music and combos. There are no lights to guide you—this is your workout and your time. Go for maximum force and power to relieve some stress, or use freestyle to practice certain moves on repeat.
